Counseling and Support Groups

Dr. Daniel offers grief support groups and individual counseling (either in-person or by phone or Zoom). Her approach is focused on education, practical tools, and hands-on solutions for finding meaning in loss and integrating the grief experience with a focus on internal transformation and post-traumatic growth.
Individual Sessions
These sessions are for spiritual support and education, and are not a substitute for on-going professional therapy. Instead of regularly-scheduled weekly or monthly sessions, Terri will meet with you once or twice to give you specific tools and practices that you can do on your own to manage strong emotions, release traumatic imprints and restore balance.
Support Groups
(Live or via Zoom)
. Online groups are scheduled periodically, either as four or six twice-monthly sessions offered periodically throughout the year.
. In-person groups are scheduled at various times throughout the year, primarily in Portland, Oregon, with travel by arrangement.
Grief Workshops
Experiential, in-depth grief workshops throughout the U.S. that include educational and therapeutic processes such as guided meditation, therapeutic art & music processes, family dynamic mapping, interactive group work and sacred ceremony for moving the “stuck” energy of grief out of our bodies and into a more spacious, more ventilated emotional landscape Click here for a calendar of upcoming events.
